Education and Training for New Employees

New employees require substantial training in systems and processes. They likely have great skill at their position, but it doesn’t mean they know how to transfer a call or share a file on your systems. To better support new and existing employees, BTS is launching an education and training initiative. It starts with a Learning Management System (LMS) and will move on to customized live training and Ask Our Expert webinars.
Our LMS will showcase videos recorded by BTS employees that help your employees better utilize the technology. Whether it be new Outlook rules, how to use the password manager, or literally anything else related to the tech; we are making short, bite sized videos.
Furthermore, the LMS will allow you to better onboard and employees and bring them up to speed on your processes or unique technologies / software. We will produce custom videos for your company to explain how to do common processes in your business. Need a process and video for your PTO requests, or the top 5 most common things in your line of business application? We will make it.
Expect to see the official launch of the LMS system in Q2 of this year. Contact your rep, or just call us, if you have any videos you want produced! Our goal is to exceed your expectations of a technology partner and with the LMS system we are one step closer to that goal.
