At BTS, providing state of the art telecommunications systems to our customers has been one of our goals from the start. This mission has evolved to include training, education, and support alongside the technology we provide. This mission is at the heart of our Continuing Technology Assurance Program (CTAP).
Our CTAP program includes priority dispatch, unlimited training, annual preventative maintenance, no charge for 'no trouble found' calls, and equipment refresh or renewal with no additional payment. With these services, we believe our customers have more time to focus on what's most important, their business.
