We've been sharing more information about our various managed services here at BTS. Now we'd like to draw your attention to a program that could not only save you money, but will also provide you with that premium IT service you've been wishing for. We're not promising the impossible, but we do want you to know the benefits of our Continuing Technology Assurance Program.
You pay the fixed monthly fee - and that's it. We do the rest! Maintenance, repairs, and preemptive care to ensure that problems don't have a chance to develop. Upgrades in line with changing technology standards, so your system is always up to date - and at no extra cost to you!
In addition to these preventative maintenance and equipment renewal services, we also offer premium support to our C-TAP customers. This includes priority dispatch for repairs, unlimited training, and no charge for "no trouble found" calls. We want to provide the best IT solutions for your business, at an affordable, fixed cost that won't kill your IT budget.
