BTS' Roger Wentowski to Speak at Continuum Navigate 2017

BTS Technologies' own Roger Wentowski III has been invited to speak at this year's Continuum Navigate conference in Las Vegas on October 3rd. Presenting at Navigate is a huge honor, especially in the IT industry. There he will be presenting with Tim Schatz from Technology Assurance Group (TAG) on how to improve IT services. Roger will share how BTS has successfully implemented TAG's better practices to achieve "nirvana" (all costs covered by recurring revenue) and become a true unified communications company.
Navigate is an annual user conference for IT/MSP companies from across the US and several countries focusing on all manner of IT services. While Roger is presenting, a few BTS technicians will also be in attendance learning about the latest cyber security threats and best practices from hacker Kevin Mitnick. They will also be brushing up on industry best practices regarding disaster recovery and better utilization of remote and automated tools to ensure customer up time. Sending technicians to the conferences ensures that BTS stays on top of emerging trends and threats that impact our customers.
Roger being asked to present signals that Continuum sees BTS as an industry leader amongst other providers in IT services. We at BTS are proud of this accomplishment and excited to share our knowledge with the IT community.
