Education and Training for New Employees

E-learning education and training

New employees require substantial training in systems and processes. They likely have great skill at their position, but it doesn’t mean they know how to transfer a call or share a file on your systems. To better support new and existing employees, BTS is launching an education and training initiative. It starts with a Learning Management System (LMS) and will move on to customized live training and Ask Our Expert webinars.

News from around the BTS Office

We are relaunching our BEST volunteer program after a short hiatus due to pandemic and the monumental effort put in for Computer 4 Kids. At the end of 2019 (and program launch) we had contributed 20 hours to the Central Alabama Foodbank and were looking to return when the world shut down. Instead of sit on our hands we leapt into action asking for and refurbishing old computers for children suddenly thrust into remote learning.
