In order to streamline and improve our billing processes we are migrating to a new system called OneBill. This change will occur on August 1^st and effect billing going forward.

How does this impact you:

• Automated payments in the old portal will require you to set them up in the new portal. Due to security protocols, BTS cannot migrate the payment information from the old portal. Contact Randy for assistance.
• If you have existing portal access you will receive an invitation to setup your account in the new portal. The invitation comes from AR@askBTS.com.
• If you would like portal access, please let Randy know. The URL for the new portal is: https://cloudbilling.askbts.com/
• Payments for existing invoices can be made in the current portal or at the BTS Payment Portal.
