How BTS Will Resolve It:

If you have not accepted the letter, please have the USPS return to sender. A BTS employee will be by in a few days to deliver a copy of the letter.

If you accepted the letter and paid COD, a BTS employee will still visit to discuss the contents of the letter and reimburse you.
