Dear Client,

Due to some issues with new integrations between back-office systems, it is possible you received, in the last few days, duplicate copies of some previous invoices for telecommunications services. These invoices would be in the format INXXXX where “XXXX” represents a 4-digit number. The invoice number on the duplicates should match the invoice number on the previously received invoices. Further, the new duplicate invoices are incorrect as they are charging double tax for some items.

For clarification, the correct invoices would have a cover page similar to this example provided. Please disregard the duplicate copies of invoices and only pay the original correct invoices.
