In the past Mark has worked with BTS as Project Coordinator/Trainer and more recently as Customer Advocate. Mark has also recently received his degree in Business Administration with an Emphasis on Information Systems Management from Amridge University in Montgomery, Alabama. In his new position Mark will assume the day-to-day management of technical operations for the Birmingham office.
