BTS is pleased to announce Mark Rhodes has accepted the position of Branch Operations Manager. In the past Mark has worked with BTS as Project Coordinator/Trainer and more recently as Customer Advocate. Mark has also recently received his degree in Business Administration with an Emphasis on Information Systems Management from Amridge University in Montgomery, Alabama. In his new position Mark will assume the day-to-day management of technical operations for the Birmingham office. I know Mark's broad experience in multiple areas of the company coupled with his training will greatly enhance the Operations Department and help fuel our drive for excellent customer satisfaction and continued growth. — Brian Wakefield, BTS Technologies VP of Operations
